Our Award-Winning Biscuits
These biscuits are the same recipe served to thousands of fans in our restaurant and took home the 2015 International Biscuit Festival Critic’s Choice Award. Always less than 10 simple ingredients, always made with real butter and fresh buttermilk, and always preservative and additive-free, just like mama made.
Preheat oven. For Convection Ovens: 375 degrees Farenheit. For Conventional Ovens: 425 degrees Farenheit.
DO NOT THAW. Remove biscuits from plastic packaging and place on a baking sheet one inch apart.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, rotating the baking sheet half-way through the bake time. Serve warm.
